With steadfast dedication to student achievement and inclusive educational practices, Elsa is committed to empowering learners to reach their full potential. Elsa holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Nova Southeastern University (August 2006 - January 2007) and a Master of Science in Special Education from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (August 1998 - May 1999). Her academic foundation began with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (January 1992 - May 1996). Leveraging extensive expertise in educational leadership and special education, Elsa strives to foster supportive learning environments and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of the educational community.
